We lost an amazing young woman yesterday who was not only beautiful inside and out but touched so many lives in ways we can't even describe...
Sammy Kriese was a warm-hearted, loving, sweet, smart, caring, outgoing girl whose infectious SMILE lit up the room. In honor and memory of her, we are creating memorial scholarships for Red Wing High School students involved in swimming and Nordic skiing. Sammy was driven in academics, passionate about swimming and loved Nordic skiing. Smiles for Sammy will be a way to continue to light up the lives of other students with those same passions and contribute to their future education. We hope it will bring smiles to their faces as she did to ours. We love you, Sammy, and you will forever be alive in the memories of family and friends who were so positively impacted by you and your beautiful smile....
