In memory of Charlie Burtis

On behalf of the Burtis family and specifically to aid in Carole Ann's financial burden we humbly ask for any assistance you can give.  Charlie and Carole have had hardship after hardship over the last several years and on January 25, 2016 Carole has faced the greatest hardship of all and lost her beloved Charlie after a bravely fought battle with scleroderma.  

As you may or may not know, Carole is facing her own medical issues after several strokes and it has left her unable to drive or work.  Charlie was her livelihood in more ways than one. 

Anything you can do to ease Carole's financial burden would greatly be appreciated by our entire family and will enable her to celebrate the life of her beloved husband and soulmate.  She will be able to use the funds to hold a celebration of Charlie's life, as he wished, allow her to secure transportation to the doctor, the grocery store or any of the other essentials that you and I may take for granted.

Again on behalf of the Burtis family any and all help that would directly benefit Carole would be most appreciated.
