Sebastian lived to be 13 months and one day. In that time, he brought his family together before he went to go meet Jesus.

Sebastian passed away from a rare genetic disease POLG. This disease has no treatment or cure. Now his family is trying to bury him. He is survived by his father, Matthias, and his mother, Jiselle, as well as his grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
