There is a lack of media coverage on the devasting situation that has been happening in Honduras, however social media outlets have allowed the people to be heard. People have lost their lives, their loved ones and their homes; there is no government aid, no food, no shelter.

Education Model Towns, a private development initiative, has provided safe communities for thousands of people over the course of 11 years in one of the most dangerous areas in the country. They immediately took action by providing shelter to families while draining and repairing all 1800 flooded homes, yet there are over 10,000 bodies to be fed and supported with essential needs. $5 can support 3 meal courses for one person, by donating just $1.70 you can provide someone a meal.

Every donation counts and every prayer helps.
