Brown Girls In Tech is raising funds for the SparkVision Fund, which will provide 10,000 career books to organizations serving underrepresented girls and boys. The underrepresentation of women, particularly from minority backgrounds, in IT, AI and cybersecurity is a pressing issue that initiatives like Brown Girls In Tech aim to address.

(Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics), IT, AI, and Cybersecurity. By helping young readers see themselves as future innovators and leaders in fields where their representation is greatly needed, we hope to spark lasting change.
