Empowering Women in the Sneaker Industry

The SOLEcial Studies CommUNITY Academy (SSCA) needs your help with a virtual education program designed specifically for women aged 18 and up who are eager to build careers in the sneaker industry. While many people associate sneakers with design, our program focuses on the wide range of non-design roles that are essential to the industry—covering everything from marketing and logistics to retail management and brand strategy. We believe that by opening doors to these opportunities, we can help more women find their place in this dynamic field.

Our program is the first of its kind that is exclusive to women and taught by a woman.

This program is open to women around the world and will be delivered entirely online, making it accessible regardless of location. Our goal is to remove financial barriers so that every woman who signs up can participate for free. The funds raised will go directly toward covering the costs of enrollment, ensuring that no one is turned away due to inability to pay.
