Empowering Troubled Youth Through Hands-On Innovation

I work with students in a low-income school district who struggle in traditional educational settings due to explosive behaviors and defiance issues. These students often feel disconnected from the classroom, but they thrive when engaged in hands-on, task-oriented projects.

To help them discover their potential, I want to introduce a program that fosters creativity, self-sustaining skills, and entrepreneurial thinking. By using custom laser technology, students will learn how to create marketable products—such as school-branded merchandise—that can be used for fundraisers, positive behavior incentives, and other school-wide initiatives.

This program will not only teach them practical skills like marketing, advertising, sales, and time management, but it will also give them a sense of purpose and ownership in their education.
