I'm Kirthmon Dozier Jr. The founder of the Full Count Foundation. There is a generation of gifted young athletes in South Africa who have everything it takes to compete on a world stage — everything except the chance to be seen. The Full Count Foundation exists to give them that

chance.

In December 2026, I will return to South Africa for a second time to bring baseball directly to the country's most underserved provinces. Working alongside our partners at JAM Academy, we will run free youth clinics, distribute over 500 pounds of brand-new equipment we have already shipped, and host a prospect showcase designed to open a real pathway to collegiate baseball in the United States. This document tells that story — and invites you to be part of it.

Who We Are:

The Full Count Foundation (FCF), established in 2015, provides youth from underserved communities with safe, structured environments that blend baseball, softball, and education. Through after-school programming centered on player development, post-secondary exposure, and life skills, FCF introduces over 300 young people to the game each year while combining academic support. What began in metro Detroit has grown into an international mission — and South Africa is now at the heart of it.

This is not a single event. It is a three-stop journey across South Africa, reaching youth in different provinces and finishing with a showcase built to change lives. Thanks to our donors and our partnership with JAM Academy, FCF has already shipped over 500 pounds of brand-new baseball and softball equipment to South Africa — bats, gloves, catcher's gear, bases, hitting tees, helmets, baseball pants, hats, socks, and game balls. During this trip, that equipment will be placed directly into the hands of the children who need it, at documented handover events across every province we visit. The gear is ready. What we need now is the ability to get there. This is a documented, measurable program with a track record and a first success story already wearing a college uniform.

The single greatest barrier to this trip is airfare. Every dollar raised goes directly toward putting FCF on the ground in South Africa to serve these communities.
