Empowering Youth & Women in Nigeria: The Kiajer Impact Drive

Across Nigeria, countless young people and women face barriers to education, employment, and opportunity. At Kiajer Youth Empowerment Initiative (KYEI), we believe that every person—regardless of background—deserves a fair chance to build a better life.

Over the past year, Kiajer has trained and mentored young people and women in entrepreneurship, vocational skills, digital literacy, and leadership. We’ve reached rural communities, inspired hope, and helped people turn ideas into livelihoods. From agribusiness to small enterprise start-ups, we’ve seen firsthand how empowerment changes lives.

Now, as Kiajer enters its second year, we are launching The Kiajer Impact Drive—a fundraising campaign to expand our programs, reach more communities, and establish empowerment hubs across Nigeria. These hubs will provide skills training, mentorship, start-up support, and access to microgrants for women and youth who are ready to rise above poverty and create lasting change.
