I am excited to share my journey in epidemiology and seek your support in pursuing my dreams. Witnessing my family and friends struggle with various health-related issues inspired me to address the impact of infectious outbreaks on vulnerable populations. Now, I am committed to pursuing advanced studies in epidemiology to create interventions for better health practices in marginalized communities.

As an undergraduate teaching assistant, I gained vital laboratory skills and communication expertise. Being a McNair Scholar honed my research and grant writing abilities. Mentorship played a pivotal role in my life, guiding me through college challenges and connecting me with peers.

Now, I am set to pursue a master's in epidemiology at SUNY Downstate. Your contribution, no matter the size, will support my education and empower my efforts to improve public health in underserved communities.
