Empowering Minds of Youth (EMY)

Every young person deserves to know they are not alone.

Empowering Minds of Youth (EMY) is dedicated to supporting teen mental health and raising awareness about the challenges many young people face every day. Through this fundraiser, 100% of proceeds will be donated to local mental health hospitals and youth mental health awareness workshops.

Suicide remains one of the leading causes of death among teenagers in the United States, impacting families and communities across the Bay Area and beyond. Behind every statistic is a young person who may have felt unseen, unheard, or unsupported.

EMY was inspired by the reality that many students struggle silently while appearing fine on the outside. A simple conversation, educational workshop, or mental health resource can make a life-changing difference.
