Hey y'all, I'm Lisa. Wife of 33 years. Mom of 4. Nana of 2. I've always been a larger person at 5'9 & with a big bone structure. Always struggled with my weight even while living a pretty active lifestyle. In 2018 I had a gastric sleeve. My heaviest weight was 303#. During that year after the surgery I lost a little over 100#, down to about 190# was my lowest. Since then I've leveled out at around 210-220#. I'd prefer the 190#! LOL
When I turned 50, almost 5 years ago, I began power lifting which I really enjoy. I love having goals to work toward. I also love bike riding & hiking & walking w/the grandbabies & dogs. Well...my body really does not reflect how much I try to do for it. All this loose skin & the rashes are uncomfortable. Wearing singlets to weight lifting competitions is pretty embarrassing. One of my dreams is to be able to wear tank tops and not be ashamed of my arms.
I never ever thought I'd be able to afford any plastic surgery to improve my body, but here we are. Whatever y'all think you can do to help me, well, I'm just gonna be eternally grateful.
God bless
