Life is moving fast over here. Between getting engaged, acquiring a van, & finishing massage therapy school by November, life is evolving in many more ways than one & I couldn't be more grateful.

With these new changes come new obstacles & new opportunities. I'm committed to becoming the best version of myself amidst the noise & chaos in our world. I'm committed to living life fully alive, not settling for mediocrity, & not letting myself get sucked into modern society's subtle trap of distraction, escapism, & numbing. I'm committed to moving through it all, feeling it all, & refining every cell of who I am to the best of my ability.

Why? Because everything I do now will impact the 7 generations after me. The DNA that will shape our future generations, feed the life-giving soil of our planet, inform political, religious, environmental, & familial decisions big & small, is being formed by my choices in this present moment. Whether it's choosing to eat a nourishing breakfast or respond to a frustrating scenario with love & patience, the reality that I create for myself now will impact my children, my children's children, & so on, to the 7th generation...

My fiancé recently discovered the life-changing program known as Atlas (https://www.atlasproject.org). Without diving into too much detail, just about every human that experiences this program returns changed--along with the desire for their loved ones to experience it, too. I'm 100% confident that going through this program will not only be an asset to mine & Philip's relationship, but, most importantly, inform healthy parenthood, as well as positively impact so many souls after us.

I trust God to lead whatever lessons I'm meant to experience into my field & provide all the resources through my own hard work, community support, or divine miracles. :) I feel so lucky to be called to this experience; any support you feel called to offer means the world to me.
