Empowering Futures: Robotics for Underprivileged students
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Musa, a Life Scout in Troop 499 and I am working on my Eagle project. My Eagle project aims to provide underprivileged youth with access to robotics education. I strongly believe that robotics education will provide these economically disadvantaged kids a pathway to academic success, personal growth, and future opportunities in the rapidly advancing fields of technology and engineering. Through hands-on course, I will empower these kids with STEM skills, fostering creativity and confidence.
I will teach a robotics course to the economically disadvantaged students attending Kipp Heritage Academy. The course will be based on robotics projects using Raspberry Pi Kits. This course will also introduce students to hard-ware based projects and software-based projects, helping them learn mechanical and programming skills. After the project, I will donate the kits and accessories to the school so that they can continue this course in future. I will also make a website where the entire course will be laid out in videos so that students can still be impacted by it in future. I am requesting your support to help buy Raspberry Pi Kits, sensors, breadboards, monitors and keyboards. My goal is 1500 dollars. Thank you in anticipation for your generous contributions and support.
Let's build a brighter future together!
