Empowering Change: Seed Funding for Moondays

Period Poverty refers to the lack of access to menstrual hygiene products, education, and proper sanitation facilities, often due to economic constraints. It is a significant global issue that disproportionately affects individuals who struggle to afford or access the necessary resources to manage their menstruation with dignity and comfort.
Our mission is to eradicate period poverty and champion menstrual equity for all. We envision a world where menstruation is embraced as a natural aspect of life, and menstrual health challenges hold no one back. Together, we work towards creating a future where every person can navigate their menstrual journey with access, education, and respect.
We will provide essential menstrual products, educational materials, and health resource information to those in need, free of charge. The organization will partner with manufacturers to distribute menstrual cups, pads, tampons, and related items. These products will be included in informative kits, offering clear instructions on usage and guidance on obtaining refills and healthcare services.
In our expansive vision, the goal is to provide free menstruation products for all in need. Yet, even within the journey to that grand vision, each preceding step possesses a remarkable power—to touch lives, to transform even a single cycle into a more positive and dignified experience. This project signifies the inception of change. Our bodies, the vessels carrying our minds and spirits, embark on every endeavor. Nurturing them properly is the foundational stride toward equity. This initiative doesn't merely allow us to care for others; it gives us the remarkable opportunity to empower them to care for themselves—a privilege capable of sparking renewed confidence and igniting a flame that propels us to embrace the world fearlessly.
