RALPH MERCADO LEGACY GIFTs will be awarded to individuals of promising talent to help fulfill their dreams of realizing Latin music related works. This is an opportunity for dancers, musicians, visual artists, budding producers and entrepreneurs worldwide of any age. Each GIFT will be $250 - $500.
