We are the Texas Chapter from EmpowerIndiaEdu, a Pennsylvania Senate-backed nonprofit committed to reducing illiteracy rates in India. As individuals who were fortunate enough to grow up with access to quality public education in America, we understand how crucial a proper education is in shaping one's future. However, when visiting India, we were heartbroken to see countless children lacking basic educational opportunities, often living on the streets.

Education is a fundamental right that every child deserves, regardless of their background. No child should be denied the chance to learn, grow, and realize their full potential. We aim to provide underprivileged children in India with the resources and opportunities they need to access a proper education.

The cost to provide a single child basic education is 120$ USD per year , any donation is greatly appreciated. The money will be used to provide for books, school supplies, teachers, etc.
