As many of you know, I am one of the Managing Directors of empower2teach. We are an international educational recruitment and development company.
We believe every child deserves the right to high quality education. Throughout the last year we have developed a close relationship with the Little Angels School in Rwanda. The school was formed in 2015 and currently supports 220 children aged from 3 to 12 years old. The school needs immediate support with teaching materials, toys, library books, exercise books, learning resources as well as IT.
At empower2teach, we have decided that this will be our first charity event and as a result, I will run the half marathon in Tijuana in the north of Mexico on June 15th, 2025.
All funds raised will be used by empower2teach to order in the necessary resources which will be delivered to the school. The more we raise, the more we will be able to purchase, and the more impact we will be able to have on the education of the wonderful children at Little Angels School.
