Hi Everyone my name is Michael Grochowski and the Manager of the Huntington Hawks. We are a 14U Youth Travel Baseball Team on Long Island. I have over 20 yrs experience in coaching youth baseball. As a coach, my primary goal is to create a positive, fun, and encouraging environment where every player can develop their skills, build teamwork, and foster a love for the game. I believe that baseball teaches valuable life lessons, such as discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship, and I am committed to helping each player grow both on and off the field. Our team is attempting to purchase an artificial professional mound to allow our pitchers to get the necessary practice, experience, and development that it takes to be ELITE.
