Hello, my name is Raven Finley-Flowers, and I am the proud owner of Confidently Fit LLC. I’ve built a brand committed to providing a safe, empowerment environment for youth volleyball athletes — focusing not only on athletic development, but also on character growth and mental resilience.

We’re raising funds to provide scholarship opportunities for youth from low-income families to participate in our 6–7-week sports and mentorship program — completely free of charge to them. Your support will give these young athletes access to quality training, life skills development, and a safe space to grow.

Our program is structured in three powerful segments:

Physical Fitness — building strength, agility, and endurance.

“Let’s Talk About It” — open conversations about the challenges athletes face, giving them tools to grow mentally and emotionally.

Volleyball Skill Development — focused training to sharpen their game performance.

Through our experience, we’ve witnessed firsthand the positive, lasting impact this unique approach has on our athletes. Keeping kids busy and active not only helps them stay healthy — it also keeps them off the streets and surrounded by positive role models who truly care.

Our mission is to make this opportunity available to every child, no matter their family’s income. Sports teach teamwork, discipline, and confidence — and with your help, these lessons will carry them far beyond the court.
