For over 30 years, Vickie Campbell has dedicated her life to uplifting others. As founder and CEO of Lady Vets 1st LLC, she brings her expertise and passion to a mission close to her heart—empowering women veterans to thrive beyond military service.

Before launching Lady Vets 1st LLC, Vickie spent 15+ years working directly with veterans in roles including Veterans Resource Center Manager, Veterans Student Success Coach, Veterans Community Career Advisor, and Veterans Service Representative. She gained firsthand insight into the challenges and triumphs of military life, empowering veterans to access the resources and opportunities they deserve.

Lady Vets 1st LLC provides a safe, peer-supported community where women veterans can grow, connect, and access life-changing resources. Through courses, events, and holistic support, we help them overcome obstacles, build confidence, and create fulfilling civilian lives.

Our work is grounded in three pillars:

• Peer Support – Rebuilding camaraderie and understanding.

• Personal Growth – Offering tools, programs, and mentorship.

• Resource Connection – Linking veterans to vital services for career, health, and personal success.

$10,000 for a website, website maintenance (*self-funded)

$25,000 for a hotel conference room(s) and technology for an annual Conference

$15,000 for catering for the annual Conference

$5000 for marketing and advertising, printed material, coaching material (*self-funded)

$6,000 for guest speakers' fees for Conference and special events

$2000 for Material for the Conference (Info packets, notepads, pens, gift bags, décor)

$5000 buffer for unforeseen initial costs
