We are Team Aurora, an international all-women’s sail racing team selected to compete in the IC37 International Women’s Championship at the New York Yacht Club in September 2026 — one of the most prestigious races and yacht clubs in the world. It is a rare all-female event in a class of boat still mostly raced by men, and being part of this team is both a major personal milestone and a meaningful step forward for women in the sport.

Our team includes sailors from five different countries, all connected through The Magenta Project, and we aim to unite international women sailors in pursuit of world-class performance, illuminating what is possible by creating pathways, role models, and opportunities for women in elite sailing.

To make it to the start line, the team needs to raise funds to support our training, travel, and event costs throughout the coming year.
