Hello!

My name is David Fernández, a Venezuelan percussionist, and I have been selected to take part in the most extensive international tour ever organized by a percussion ensemble. In April 2026, the World Percussion Group will travel through 12 countries over 33 days of artistic and educational activities.

Being the only Venezuela-based musician invited to this edition is both a tremendous honor and a significant artistic responsibility. The tour includes concerts, clinics and live recording sessions in countries such as Germany, France, Hungary, Italy, among others—along with the invaluable opportunity to learn alongside some of the most talented young percussionists in the world.

My participation in this project will not only contribute to my professional development, but will also help strengthen the connection between Venezuela and some of the most influential musical institutions worldwide.

Through this campaign, I am seeking to raise the funds necessary to cover the participation costs, which must be paid before January 1st, 2026. The funds will be used for accommodation, internal transportation, meals, general logistics, and the round-trip flight to the United Kingdom.

Thank you for helping make this journey possible. Your support empowers not only my career, but also the community and the musicians who will benefit from the opportunities this experience creates.

With deep gratitude,

David Fernández

¡Hola!

David Fernandez
