Hello!

My name is Vanessa Brunetta. I am a first-generation student on a mission to complete my higher education journey and begin my life long career of changing the world.

Please join me on my journey by supporting the very real, very intense factor of financial obligations within higher education. By the end of July, I will be 23 years old and two days away from beginning my graduate Masters program at UCLA School of Law.

I am a life long student. Throughout my thirteen years in foster care, I maintained a foundation of success through my academic aspirations and accomplishments. Despite the odds, I leaned on God to persevere and continue to defy barriers placed in my way. My mission is larger than myself, it is on behalf of every youth still in the fire waiting for a guide out. With my education and lived experience as a former foster youth, I aspire to become that guide and truly make a difference in this world.
