We’re GLOW – Girls Leading Our World – a leadership academy held yearly in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria dedicated to empowering teenage girls to grow into confident, capable, and socially-conscious leaders. Today, we’re reaching out to ask for your support in raising funds that will help us continue our mission to inspire and equip the next generation.

This cause matters deeply to us because we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to discover her voice, own her power, and create positive change in her community. Too often, girls are held back by a lack of access to resources, mentorship, and safe spaces to grow. At GLOW, we provide all of that and more — through a transformative leadership camp that includes personal development sessions and workshops, and a supportive community that uplifts each girl’s potential.

What makes GLOW truly special is that it’s entirely run by passionate volunteers — many of whom are alumni who once sat in the same workshops, nervous and unsure, and who now return year after year to give back. We pour our hearts into every session, every activity, and every girl’s journey, not because we have to, but because we believe in the magic of what GLOW can do. But in recent years, it’s become harder and harder to secure the funding needed to keep our programs going. As costs rise and sponsorships shrink, we find ourselves struggling to provide the same life-changing experiences we once could. We’re doing everything we can — but we need your help to keep the GLOW alive.

Funds will be securely managed and directly allocated to GLOW’s programming. Beneficiaries will receive support through our officially organized camps, events, and training sessions – ensuring that every euro you give is turned into a life-changing opportunity.
