Hi, we’re Jasmine and Micheleé, two passionate creatives and educators who believe in the power of entrepreneurship and creativity to transform lives. With a combined love for arts, mentorship, and community building, we’ve spent years empowering young people to dream big and take charge of their futures. Now, we’re bringing that passion to Medellín, Colombia, where we’ve created the Nail’d It! Program—a hands-on initiative designed to equip teen girls with practical business skills, creative confidence, and the tools to build their dreams.

Why We’re Doing This

We’ve seen firsthand how self-expression and entrepreneurship can spark transformation, especially for young girls facing limited opportunities. Medellín’s vibrant community has welcomed us with open arms, and we’re inspired to give back by empowering its next generation of female leaders. By teaching these teens how to turn their ideas into businesses, we’re helping them envision a brighter, self-sufficient future.

But this is about more than nails or logos—it’s about building confidence, nurturing creativity, and fostering a sense of possibility. With your help, we can give these girls the resources and experiences they need to thrive.

The Vision

Imagine a world where every young girl has the tools, confidence, and support to turn her ideas into reality. Through our hands-on Entrepreneurship Program, we’re working with high school girls in Medellín, Colombia, to teach them how to solve problems, design creative solutions, and bring their business ideas to life.

The Program

This 4-session program is more than just a class—it’s an opportunity for these young women to dream big, explore industries like beauty and technology, and create their very own nail care businesses. They’ll learn skills like:

-How to brainstorm and refine business ideas

-The basics of entrepreneurship and building a brand

-Creating logos and marketing materials

-Leadership and teamwork

Each participant will walk away with:

1. A custom-designed t-shirt featuring their logo

2. A custom, fully equipped nail kit

3. Confidence to explore entrepreneurship further

4. A vision for their own economic empowerment
