Empower Tamari Key's Transition Journey

Hello, it's time for Lady Vol great Tamari Key to move onto her next phase in her life. TK became synonymous with the term Lady Vol while she was a student-athlete. TK is ready to embark on her next phase of life which will most likely involve basketball in some manner.

Not only was TK the leading leader in blocks in Lady Vol history, but she was much more than that. TK became a role model for so many tall young girls who loved watching TK on and off the court. TK also held many different positions with the SEC Student Leadership Council. She served as Vice Chair of the SEC Student Advisory Committee (SAAC), Vice Chair of SEC Women’s Basketball, & Chair of SEC Women’s Basketball.

Thank you TK for always standing up in the face of adversity. You will be missed on Rocky Top but of course never forgotten.

A word from TK as well--"I just want to thank you all for all of the support over the years and how much you've helped continue to push for women's basketball to gain the recognition it has today. I'm looking forward to the next chapter of my life to figure out what job path I wanna go down and explore the avenues of what I'm passionate about. Your support will go a long well during my transition period while I job hunt.

I will be forever grateful for the confidence that you all have instilled in me. Thanks again Lady Vol Nation!"
