After careful consideration and conversations among colleagues, over 50% of the SWAPA staff believe that forming a union will provide an opportunity to collectively voice our thoughts, address shared concerns, and work towards strengthening our workplace for everyone. The funds raised here are solely intended to help facilitate the union effort and ensure we have necessary resources to represent the staff. Note that all other Pilot union staff groups are already represented by a bargaining unit.
