Empower Survivors: Donate to Take A Stand

Hello Everyone!
My name is Sami Roth and I am the founder/president of Take A Stand 501c3-against sexual violence.
In my young adulthood, I was unfortunately a victim of the serious crime that impacts too many—I experienced sexual violence in a gruesome way. Since then, I’ve accomplished a lot—sharing my story intentionally, creating Take A Stand, and helping hundreds of victims just like I once needed.
Created “by survivors-for survivors,” Take A Stand has curriculums for all ages, a full-time podcast series “Take A Mic,” a new way of reporting abuse “Log It,” fundraisers for local crisis centers through our program “Comfort Kits” and so much more.
As a 6-month-old Non-Profit, and as a 1-year-old program, we have caught the attention of Planned Parenthood, The University of Pittsburgh, and over 50,000 viewers across the country….but our services wouldn’t be possible without your support.
We are currently in the process of creating a website, updating our curriculum, affording trainings for our staff/board, and maintaining our podcast on Spotify.
Which is all setting us at a hefty goal of $1,000+ dollars annually. We know this is needed—every person on our board is a survivor of Sexual Violence.
Throughout this school year, we will be searching for consistent sponsors, but your help does not go unnoticed: just $10 could provide us with the opportunity to provide a college student with a Birdy (A Rape Alarm).
So…are you ready to Take A Stand with us today?
