Hi, I’m Nev Santana, Founder & CEO of Nurtured.
Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most inspiring startup founders, brilliant individuals with big ideas, but without the go-to-market (GTM) resources they need to succeed. I started Nurtured with a simple mission: to help early-stage B2B startups unlock growth by building better revenue operations, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
Today, Nurtured is more than just an agency, we are growth partners. We don’t just tell founders what to do; we build alongside them, offering hands-on support to launch campaigns, set up RevOps infrastructure, and drive real customer acquisition.
Why I Started Nurtured
Startups often face a frustrating gap: they have the vision, the product, and the passion — but they’re missing the frameworks, systems, and experience to scale.
I saw this gap firsthand, and I realized founders needed more than advice; they needed execution.
That’s how Nurtured was born: to bridge the gap between ambition and action, helping founders translate their vision into real market traction.
Since launching, we’ve been fortunate to work with a variety of startups, helping them refine their GTM motion, improve their marketing engines, and close their first critical customers.
