Title: Help Me Regain My Independence with a Wheelchair Lift for my vehicle and a lift feature for the wheelchair to assist in my mobility.

Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters, I am fund raising to gain my independence.

Two years ago, I suffered a stroke that changed my life in unimaginable ways. Since then, my mobility has continued to decline due to nerve damage and fluid buildup on my spine. Each day presents new challenges, but giving up is simply not an option.

Despite the hardships, I remain deeply thankful. With God’s grace, I have recently been blessed with an electric wheelchair—something that has already made a huge difference in allowing me to move more freely inside and outside my home. But I’ve come to realize that having this wheelchair is just the beginning.

In order to truly regain my independence and be able to travel to appointments, get groceries, and just participate more fully in life, I now need a wheelchair lift for my car to effectively get around on my own. After a lot of research, I’ve learned that the cost of purchasing and installing a proper lift for the car can range between $5,000–$5,500, which includes modifying my car to make it compatible and $1800 for the wheelchair feature.

Being on disability, this amount is far beyond what I can afford. That’s why I’m reaching out to ask for your help.
