Hello my name is Scott Sonnier God has brought me through me through addiction and so much more God willing I can count on yall to reach my goals first goal is to reach a mission trip to Rio to spread the gospel and help people my second goal is to get a car for work. My testimony is this from age 5 through 15 I went through sexual abuse I started using drugs at 8 years old to numb myself to what was happening. I was diagnosed as having ADHD and put on medication card Ritalin. I self isolated the medication didn't help because it treated something I didnt have I had trauma. Never knew how to deal with it. Overtime i was abandoned turned on bullied. I became addicted to meth and things got so much worse. My whole life was empty just existing not living. My relationship ship with my family especially my dad was beyond bad. My parents ts did everything they could for me and my brothers but my dad and I always fought but it wasn't just him I never saw his hurt and he didn't know how to express it either. Everything I went through and even chose to do made it impossible to trust and be trusted, everything in my life told me to just give up. But through it all, it all brought me to crying out to God to the Lord Jesus Christ. At my most broken most disgusting point t of my life I cried out and He answered. It's been a long road Ive fallen many times since then but He never gave up on me. HE let me exhaust everything I could try finally it came to a point 5 months ago that I lost everything and everyone literally put then God gave me people along the way that I never thought I could or would have in my life He gave me a spiritual family a home church and His will for my life. I have my license back after 10 plus years I just received try started a job which I haven't had in over a year I'm 100 percent clean. Now I'm seeking His help again through all of you. I would love to raise the money by to go on a mission trip and just as much for a car someone agreed to sell me. Any help would be beyond appreciated and I will show proof of what I am doing with the money. I want to be someone people can rely on someone people can see and realize they aren't alone in their pain and that if someone like me can make it they can too and I need help with that so I'm doing this gofund me in hopes that through others love and support I can be able to do the same for others.
