Hi everyone, my name is Saphira, I am on my journey into transitioning into female, I don’t have the funds for my MTF sex operation. It would be nice if I can get the help and assistance to complete my journey, I feel very much trapped in this body, I hate looking in the mirror, I want to be me and live my life to the fullest.
