Empower Samaira's Transition Journey

My name is Samaira and I'm a 27-year-old transgender woman!

I've recently made the decision to affirm my gender and take a great big step. I am receiving facial feminization surgery! I am grateful to say this will be covered by insurance, but I will not have any income coming in for a whole month (October-November.) This is a scary and hard situation. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to save money as I only get paid enough to afford basic necessities, such as rent, food, and bills.

My transition journey has been a multitude of hardships and beautiful triumphs. I started about 3 years ago truly questioning my gender and started having anxiety about my gender identity. Thankfully, I have come to the realization that I am a woman and I feel most comfortable living my life this way. This surgery will allow me to feel not only more comfortable in my skin but be able to move on to new and exciting adventures in my life and feel more like the woman I have always been.

The reason I have set this account up is I want to ask if you can help me? Any amount will bless me and if you cannot afford an amount, I always appreciate love and support.

I will need about $3,000 by October 25th to be in a good spot so I do not have to stress about bills during my recovery.

I have faith that all will work out and I'm grateful to share this journey with all of you.
