Hi, I’m Sadé Channell!!

A longtime Central Texan of over 25 years, I’m a self-taught artist shaped by community, culture, and divine timing. While I’ve had help along the way (and I’m so grateful), this path was never handed to me.

My life’s work is about building new systems that support artists, preserve cultural memory, and create real economic opportunity; especially for those of us who’ve been overlooked, underpaid, or expected to do everything alone!

Now that I know exactly what I’m here to do, I’m focused on something bigger: a future where artists are supported, communities are uplifted, and the creative ecosystem, from brands to buyers to storytellers, is redefined with equity, purpose, and soul.

I’ve been awarded a partial scholarship to attend Edge Esmeralda, a powerful creative residency that brings together artists, innovators, and funders from around the world, trying to attend weeks 2 and 3 June 1st through the 15th. It’s more than a trip; it’s a divine alignment moment for me to scale this work, connect with the people who can help me bring it to life, and walk into a future I’ve been preparing for my whole life!

To get there, I really need the support!

Even with the scholarship, I still need to raise $1,500 for the program fee, plus cover:

I’ve poured my soul into this; from my two digital workbooks now available, to my original art and offerings, to the emotional labor it takes to keep going without institutional support.
