Empower Ryan's Faith-Based Leadership

My name is Ryan, and I’m a husband, a father of three amazing kids, and a man with a dream I can’t shake—earning my PhD in Organizational Leadership.

I didn’t grow up imagining I’d pursue a doctorate. Life has always been about hard work, taking care of my family, and doing the best I can with what God’s given me. But over time, I felt a calling—one that wouldn’t go away—to grow as a leader, grounded in faith, so I could make a greater impact in my community and beyond.

I started this journey believing that my employer would help cover the cost. It was part of the plan. But at the last minute, that support was pulled. Now I’m left with a difficult choice: give up on this dream, or find another way.

With three kids, rising living costs, and a full-time job that demands a lot, every dollar in our household already has a place. Taking out more student loans—especially in today’s broken education system—feels like sinking deeper into something we may never climb out of. But quitting? That would break my heart.

I’ve come too far to stop now. This program isn’t just academic—it’s helping me grow in my faith, understand Scripture more deeply, and learn how to lead others with purpose, humility, and service. It’s the kind of leadership our world desperately needs, and I want to be part of that change.

I’m asking for help—not because I’m not working hard—but because I can’t do this alone anymore. Your support would help me finish what I started, without adding more debt that could impact my family for years.
