Empower Organic Farming in Central Utah

For the past 8 years, I've poured my heart and soul into organic farming in Salt Lake City. It's been a journey filled with dirt-stained hands, sun-kissed days, and the gratification of nourishing our community with fresh, organic produce. But now, as the land I've tended to is being transitioned to new hands, I'm faced with an opportunity to realize my vision on a larger scale—a vision that revolves around sustainability, community, and regeneration.

I'm reaching out to you, our cherished community, with a dream and a plea. I'm determined to purchase 24 acres of fertile land in Central Utah to establish an organic farm that will not only sustain our community but also serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration for future generations.

With your support, we will transform this land into a sanctuary of organic abundance. We will cultivate a diverse array of fruits, vegetables, and herbs, each one nurtured with care and respect for the earth. But our ambitions don't stop there.

We envision a farm that transcends conventional boundaries—a place where artistry and agriculture intertwine. That's why we're excited to introduce our artisanal organic winery, where every sip tells a story of terroir and tradition.

But that's not all. Our farm will be more than just a place to grow food; it will be a destination for mindful living. With a deluxe yurt accommodation nestled amidst the beauty of nature, we invite you to experience farm-to-table eco-tourism like never before. Wake up to the melody of songbirds, savor meals crafted from our harvest, and immerse yourself in the rhythm of farm life.

And let's not forget our gentle companions—the miniature Jersey cows with A2 genetics—who will grace our pastures. With their creamy milk and artisanal cheeses, they will nourish our bodies and souls, embodying the essence of farmstead living.

But perhaps most importantly, our farm will be a training ground for aspiring organic and regenerative farmers. Through workshops, internships, and hands-on experiences, we will empower the next generation of stewards to cultivate the land with reverence and resilience.
