Support Our Basketball Team, Help Us Reach Our Goals!

My name is Alex Wilson; I am writing on behalf of F.A.M (from another mother) ENTERTAINMENT and basketball coach within the Castle Hill community, funding is very low so I would like to start my own basketball clinic and basketball program. I want to push away from programs charging youth to be a part of the team because we don’t know everyone’s situation, and this program will keep youth off the streets as well as have something for the youth to look forward to.

This basketball program will develop members, to be physically and mentally ready to play ball. We will also teach discipline, if their grades aren’t good, they will not play in tournaments or must do extra drills during workouts, Mentorship will be one of our top priorities, as well as business readiness programs, and customer service. We are trying to host a Basketball program targeting youth development and community interaction. We would like to start this program ASAP, but we are struggling to stay funded. A lot of this we do from our own hearts and aren't getting paid, but if we seek sponsorships and donations, we believe those things will make this program possible and could be mutually beneficial. The funds will be utilized for procuring quality sporting equipment, hiring coaching personnel, covering operational costs, tournaments and enabling us to offer scholarships to exceptional talents.

In return for your generous support, we are prepared to offer banner space at the event, logo placement on participant jerseys, and promotional announcements during matches. The exposure to the young and dynamic audience participating and attending the games can help increase your brand visibility.

I know this project sounds big and costly but I'm ready to bring it to light. With the help from you all, the people, because without you all it can and will not work so am asking and reaching out, to you all to donate any amount, everything counts and everything will help. One thing I was taught is a close mouth won't get fed. I would like to start my process in my own community and build it up and then expand it to other communities once everything is up and running. Other communities could learn and start the process in opening up self-owned businesses in their neighborhoods.

We’re building something special, a dedicated basketball team focused on teamwork, discipline, and growth, both on and off the court. But we can’t do it alone.

We’re currently raising funds to help cover:

• Equipment & uniforms.

• Travel expenses for games and tournaments.

• League fees and facility rentals.

• Training and development opportunities for our players.

• To start a New York City basketball magazine for Middle School players.

• School students and High School students.

We’re building something special, a dedicated basketball team focused on teamwork, discipline, and growth, both on and off the court. But we can’t do it alone.
