Help Nusaibah Empower Women in Politics at UT Austin
Hi everyone! My name is Nusaibah S. Khan, and I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been accepted into the prestigious LBJ Women’s Campaign School at the University of Texas at Austin!
This program is a game-changer for women like me who are passionate about transforming our communities through public service, advocacy, and leadership. It's designed to equip women with the tools, training, and network needed to run successful, values-driven campaigns—whether as candidates or campaign managers.
As a proud Texan, a former Deputy Field Organizer, and a community-first Starbucks supervisor, I’ve always worked to empower others—registering voters, connecting with people across differences, and advocating for equity in every space I enter. This opportunity brings me one step closer to realizing my dream of becoming a Foreign Service Officer and leading positive change on a national and global scale.
Here’s where I need your help.
The cost of attending—including tuition, travel, lodging, and materials—adds up quickly. As someone who is self-supporting, I’m reaching out to my community to help raise [$X goal] so I can fully take advantage of this opportunity.
Your contribution, no matter the size, will help cover:
Tuition for the LBJ Women’s Campaign School
Transportation and lodging in Austin, TX
Required materials and coursework
✨Why it matters:
Women—especially women of color—are still underrepresented in leadership roles. With your support, I can gain the training and confidence to change that. I’m not just doing this for myself—I’m doing it for every young person who doesn’t yet see themselves represented in positions of power.
If you can’t donate, please consider sharing this campaign with friends, family, or anyone who believes in the power of women in politics.
Thank you for believing in me and this mission. Let’s build a better future together.
With gratitude,
Nusaibah S. Khan
