Hello Family & Friends ! I am excited to inform you about an opportunity that was presented to my son , Nasir. As most of you know, Nas is an exceptional student. Due to his academic excellence, he has been nominated for a great opportunity this summer at George Mason University. This college, located in Fairfax Virginia, offers a Gaming and Technology program for high school students. The program includes a wide variety of courses and interactions that educate students on the many aspects of the technology career field. Students get to stay on campus , receive meals and engage in off campus activities. Qualifying nominees were selected by their schools based on grades , merit and interest in a future in Gaming & Technology. With the constant advancement in the world of technology , it’s time to take the necessary steps to get Nasir “in the game”. While playing for recreation is fun and a great social experience, gaining the tools to create his own games and software would be life changing.
