My name is Maria Sardi & i’m a mixed media artist. Throughout my childhood in Florida, my mom would have hundreds of different art supplies spread out in the house and always let me craft something with her. I would use her stock paper and magazines to cut out random shapes, draw stick figures everywhere or even paint on the walls (she wasn't very happy about that). I owe a lot of my creativity to her. She never limited my art or imagination.

Now that I am based in New York City, my work ethic is amplified as I am inspired everyday by other artists, people, and the various cultures I am surrounded by.

I’ve recently gotten the amazing opportunity to participate in the 2025 Hamptons Fine Art Fair in Southampton, New York through the representation of DETOX gallery! Forbes Magazine selects HFAF as one of 12 Art Fairs/Events in the world In 2025 worth traveling to. Over 15 countries are represented with over 13K confirmed guests in 3 days (July 10-13)

Being in this environment will be extremely beneficial and rewarding for my art career as I’ll be able to connect and network with other artists, collectors & simply art lovers. I am beyond grateful to be in this position and to have my support system behind me. In order to keep reaching for this dream, I need some financial support to cover fees, travel, and stay in the Hamptons. Me llamo Maria Sardi y soy una artista de mixed media. Durante mi infancia en Florida, mi madre tenía cientos de materiales artísticos repartidos por la casa y siempre me dejaba hacer algo con ella. Utilizaba su papel y sus revistas para recortar formas al azar, dibujar figuras de palitos por todas partes o incluso pintar en las paredes (a ella no le hacía mucha gracia). Le debo gran parte de mi creatividad. Nunca limitó mi arte ni mi imaginación.

Ahora que vivo en Nueva York, mi ética de trabajo se amplifica, ya que cada día me inspiro en otros artistas, en la gente y en las distintas culturas que me rodean.
