Empower Liz to Move Toward a Brighter Future

As many of us know Liz recently reached out to her village for help regarding Domestic Violence. Liz needs to move out of her current living situation quickly so that she and her two boys can have a safe and loving environment to be together.

Liz is a helper and a fixer. She has done remarkable work in her community caring for patients as a visiting nurse. Unfortunately she has been putting her own care last due to a vicious cycle of DV and the very typical cycle that comes along with it. She's ready to break free and start over, but she's scared and needs our help to get out.

Liz has been in contact with New Hope and many other Domestic Violence agencies and is working on a long term plan. The first step is housing and this is where we come in...

Liz has found an affordable local apartment and needs help to quickly raise 1st, last and security costs to get out of her current environment ASAP. Her boys have not been able to spend as much time with her due to everything, they need a safe place to visit their Mom. Mom needs a safe place to breathe and heal.

She will also need her village for moral support and physical help moving quickly when the day comes.
