This spring break, the Baki sisters (Celine, Sophia, Julia) will trek Nepal’s Khumbu region to Everest Base Camp on a 10-day journey focused on growth, resilience, and stepping outside their comfort zones. Beyond the physical challenge, the experience will expose them to new cultures and meaningful connections with local communities, fostering respect and global awareness.
As a way of giving back, the girls chose to support the American Himalayan Foundation, which provides medical/dental care, education, school supplies, and protection for children in Nepal. They will be donating and delivering medical, dental, and school supplies in one of the most remote regions of Nepal—so isolated that deliveries are made by yak. This is their way of making a small but meaningful difference.
