Hello! My name is Lily, and I’m excited to share an important mission with you. I am fundraising for my remarkable friend, Leah, who has cerebral palsy and relies on a power wheelchair. For years, Leah aspired to drive independently, and in 2002, that dream became a reality when she received adaptive hand controls in her vehicle, allowing her the freedom she deserves.

However, in 2023, a devastating accident totaled her van and damaged her adaptive equipment. Losing the ability to drive after over 20 years of doing so has left her feeling trapped and hopeless. It’s heartbreaking to see her freedom taken away. That’s why I’m on a mission to raise funds for new adaptive equipment for a van, so Leah can drive again and regain her autonomy.
