From Taiwan to the World: Support Kuan-Shou Chen's Journey to the Australian Open
A Rising Star Needs Your Help

Meet Kuan Shou Chen, a 17-year-old tennis sensation from Tainan. Born to a humble family, Kuan Shou has defied long odds to emerge as one of the top junior tennis players in all of Asia. In 2022, then 14 years old, Kuan Shou was a semi-finalist at both the prestigious Eddie Herr Internationalist Championship and the Orange Bowl U14 Singles division.
Currently ranked #75 in ITF’s junior rankings, Kuan Shou is eligible to play in all four of the junior Grand Slams – The Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and the U.S. Open in 2025. However, he and his coach lack the funds to travel to the events.

This campaign is to make sure that Kuan Shou has enough funds to get to that first leg in Australia.

Kuan Shou plans to leave Taiwan on Jan 7, 2025 for Australia for J300 Traralgon , then Australian Open Junior Championships.

A Natural Talent
Chen started playing tennis at just five years old and quickly showed a natural talent for the sport. His exceptional ball sense and agility caught the eye of his coach, Weiyoung Cheng, who has been guiding him since then. With hours of dedicated training, Chen has developed into a formidable force on the court, known for his powerful left-handed shots and unwavering determination.
Overcoming Challenges
Standing at a relatively short height for a tennis player, Chen has often faced doubts and challenges. However, he has consistently proven his doubters wrong by defeating opponents much taller and older than him. His ability to overcome adversity and his relentless pursuit of excellence have made him a role model for young athletes around the world.
A Global Stage
Chen has achieved remarkable success in numerous international junior tournaments, defeating top-ranked players and representing Taiwan with pride. Now, he's set his sights on a new challenge: the 2025 Australian Open. This prestigious tournament will provide him with an opportunity to compete against the world's best and further establish himself as a rising star in the sport.

Your Support Matters!
To make this dream a reality, we need your help. Your donation will cover the costs of travel, accommodation, and training, allowing Chen to focus on his game and represent Taiwan on the global stage. By supporting Chen, you're not just helping an individual; you're investing in the future of Taiwanese tennis.

Together, let's help Kuan-Shou achieve his full potential and inspire the next generation of athletes.

Open)。
