Empower Kevin's Volleyball Journey This Fall

Dear Friends and Family,

I hope this message finds you well! My name is Kevin, and I’m a 17-year-old senior at Framingham High School. I discovered my passion for volleyball during my sophomore year, and since then, it has become a central part of my life. I made the varsity team that year, but to gain more experience, I chose to play on the junior varsity squad. I’m proud to say that I played varsity last year and will be doing so again this year.

I work hard to balance my time between school, work, and volleyball. Currently, I assist my coach as a manager for the girls’ volleyball team. Our team, the Framingham Flyers, often competes against schools that have different financial resources, where many players have access to expensive camps and year-round training. Despite this, I always give my all on the court, motivated by my coach’s passion and the support of my teammates. I’m constantly seeking free camps outside of the season to sharpen my skills and gain more experience.

Recently, I tried out for the SLAM Volleyball Club, which is dedicated to developing athletes from entry-level to elite. I’m thrilled to share that I made the 2025 regional team! However, the cost to attend the camp is $1,950, plus an additional $300 for travel expenses.

I plan to continue playing volleyball throughout my college years, and this camp is a crucial step in my journey. I’m reaching out to kindly ask for your support in helping me raise the funds necessary to attend this camp. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated and will make a significant difference in my volleyball career.
