My name is A'Darius Pegues, Director of Operations of A.D Consulting International. I am a retired professional athlete with over 20 years of experience in high level athletics, I have also continued my passion in sports as a basketball coach of the Louisville Ballard High school where I empower & develop youth on and off the court. I have recently partnered with the state of Kentucky developing the A.I.D Program (Athletes Improving Diligently. This is an initiative dedicated to equipping student-athletes with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans with the tools, confidence, and skills necessary to succeed in life beyond athletics. We use various approaches such as etiquette courses, life coaching, vision boards, guest speakers, empowerment trips, as well providing opportunities to certifications in desired work fields as tools to expand the reality & empowerment for our participants. Connecting with youth in the Jefferson, Fayette, & surrounding schools districts, this is a growing program in need of additional funds to ensure no participant is left behind. Donations will be accepted with much gratitude, for our youth will be the ones to ensure that our world stands on great foundation.
