Help Kaity Start a New Chapter: From Homelessness to Art Teacher
Hi, my name is Faith, and I’m starting this fundraiser on behalf of an incredibly brave and talented young woman named Kaity. She just turned 18, is graduating high school this month, and dreams of becoming an art teacher to help and inspire the next generation. But right now, she’s facing one of the hardest moments of her life: she’s homeless, alone, and trying to survive while planning for a better future.
Her Story
Kaity grew up in an abusive and unstable home where she was never given the love, safety, or support every child deserves. Despite the pain and trauma she’s endured, she has always turned to art as a source of hope and healing. Creating art became her escape, her therapy, and her dream career. She wants to go to college to become an art teacher so she can give other kids the encouragement she never received.
This year, she made the courageous decision to leave that toxic environment. She’s currently without a stable place to live and has no financial support. Yet through it all, she has stayed in school, kept her grades up, and is graduating high school with pride and resilience most of us can only imagine.
Why We’re Asking for Help
Kaity needs a chance—a chance to break the cycle and start fresh. This fundraiser will help cover the essentials she needs to get back on her feet and pursue her dream:
Temporary housing and basic living expenses
Transportation to and from school/work
College application fees and supplies
Art materials to continue building her portfolio
Counseling and mental health support
Every dollar raised goes directly toward helping her survive, heal, and move forward. With your support, she can go from surviving to thriving—she can become the kind of teacher, artist, and leader she was meant to be.

Katie is not just a survivor—she’s a future teacher, a gifted artist, and a light in the dark for so many others. Let’s show her she’s not alone, and that her story matters.
Thank you for helping her write a new beginning.
With love and hope,
Faith
