Welcome, Bienvenidos, Bienvenue, Willkommen, Ndewo, Yōkoso to my GoFundMe page! My name is Kaelyn Graham and I am currently a fifteen year old tenth grader who needs your help! I will be embarking on a summer study abroad program for three weeks in Amsterdams, Netherlands. The program is through CIEE, titled Diplomacy & Government and focuses on exploring global policy. The remaining balance of tuition, flight, and other fees is due on April 1st. Here are three words to describe me: Ambitious, Curious, and Lively. I am a young Black woman, from a multicultural background who is constantly eager to learn. I was motivated to choose this program because it focuses on social change and the inner-workings to the law, political science, and international relations that go into global policy. During this educational and cultural immersion, I will be visiting the International Court of Justice and European Union sites to meet policy-makers, investigate the operations within global problem-solving as well as study the United Nations and other NGOs. With the insight from these firsthand experiences, I’ll further collaborate in debate groups to challenge and resolve social issues and worldwide affairs through various perspectives, understandings, and knowledge. I’ve always been interested in debate, critical thinking, and student leadership. Previously, I have participated in Model Congress, the CUNY Stem Institute as an exemplary student in a summer App Development & Entrepreneurship course, and in the 2026 Roots to Routes: A Call Forward Conference. Currently, at my school–Little Red Elisabeth Irwin High School I am involved in Student Government as a 10th Grade Representative, an Admissions Ambassador, and have conceptualized and conducted a workshop with a fellow peer titled “Identity Based Work: Looking Through the Lens of Social Justice.” With the opportunity of being a Global Navigator through CIEE, the knowledge and perspective gained from this study abroad experience will go towards my development to either refine my passion or follow my aspiration to major in political science, international relations, or business for college. Including my future desire to enter law school and articulate which field I would like to pursue. Through my love for travel, education, exploration, adventure, and meaningful connections–CIEE is a perfect fit to help advance my summer of 2026! Whether it’s sponsorship, a one-time donation, investment, or skipping a coffee I am immediately grateful. Every contribution goes to my program tuition, roundtrip flight, savings for the trip, and an e-sim/international data for safety which totals the sum listed on my page. Thanks for your gratitude, it’s highly appreciated!
