Hello! I am writing to you on behalf of my dear friend Justina Cortes. Justina is the single mom of four beautiful children and is the most kind, hardworking, generous, and positive person I know. She is raising her incredible children while working as an Instructional Aide at an elementary school and she does it with so much grace and fortitude.

Justina would like to open a door to an independent secure future and financial stability for her family. Justina’s current goal is to become an EKG Technician, which is a booming career with many job opportunities that fit her schedule. Justina has found a night program that would allow her to perform her day job and simultaneously get her EKG degree at night.

This is where she needs our help! Her current salary barely covers the bare necessities of Bay Area living. Justina needs any contribution, no matter how small, to help with tuition, taxes, fees, and Uber fares to and from school for the 11.5-week duration of the program. Justina will need to leave her car with her mother who will take care of her children while attending this program. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help bring Justina one step closer to a secure future and achieving her dreams.

Anyone who knows Justina knows she would give them the shirt off her back. Her generosity of spirit knows no bounds, and I don’t know a person more deserving. If you can help in any way, I cannot tell you how directly you will be impacting the lives of the most incredibly special family.
